“An indulgent experience”
A warm welcoming host and attentive staff . Breakfast was excellent, fresh good quality ingredients, professionally prepared (the best ive had anywhere) in a bright airy breakfast lounge . The bedroom were spacious, well designed with all mod cons and a high spec bathroom. The attention to detail in the design of the rooms and building ,the facilities and delivery of services is more in keeping of a 5 star hotel.

Although we had to cancel our booking at the last minute, we have visited previously and Howe Keld would be our first choice when visiting the Lake District. “The best B & B I have ever stayed in by far”
Howe Keld excelled in every way. We had a too-brief 2 night stay at the end of our trip to the UK and it was a perfect end to our holiday. Everything about Howe Keld was perfect from the moment we were greeted on arrival to our fuss-free departure. I would certainly recommend Howe Keld to anyone visiting Keswick who likes a touch of luxury and I will definitely be staying there again. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning to include a much longer stay in Keswick on our next trip to the UK in order to experience the Lake District in depth. The room was perfect in all aspects, spacious, light & easy to adjust temp & very comfortable bed with lovely duvet. Bathroom was a good size with very good shower, heated towel rail & ample shelf space for toiletries.
