Howe Keld listed as one of "the best hotels in the Lake District" by the Daily Telegraph
We are delighted to have been selected as one of 12 "best hotels in the Lake District" in the "affordable category" by the Daily Telegraph Travel Guide for the Lake District . Howe Keld is the only accommodation to have been listed in the Keswick area.The review mentions us as having "clean lines, neutral colours, wood floors and locally-made furniture that make it feel much more expensive than it is."
Amongst many favourable comments breakfast was described as " an absolute treat, with homemade organic bread, fresh smoothies, mix-your-own muesli and Cumberland sausages" and ".... the choice puts most top-end hotels to shame".
